Forchette Foreste: a journey across the world (in Genoa!)

Genoa, historically, has been a melting pot of cultures due to its location by the sea and its involvement in trade exchanges that have unfolded along the routes where the Ligurian port has always been a protagonist. Today, the Genoese melting pot still consists of a multitude of nations represented by citizens who choose to live between Voltri and Nervi, often in the city’s historic center, which serves as a natural backdrop for the event.

“Forchette Foreste” is a gastronomic journey along the narrow streets of Genoa where one can taste cuisines from around the world, in establishments across the area offering flavors and emotions from every latitude.

Following the success of the first two editions, this year it returns on Sunday, March 24th with a tried-and-tested format that appeals to everyone: a journey through the many cuisines of the world without even needing a passport!

Book your spot, select the type of menu: classic, and vegetarian.

This year the map is digital: download and save the image on your smartphone and start preparing your taste buds! You will receive an email with your QR code and a summary of all the event info.

On Sunday, March 24th, come to Piazza San Lorenzo between 11 am and 6 pm to pick up your FFKIT and start your journey!
