The Joint Controllers will acquire the data that you (“user”) insert in the appropriate contact form i.e. name and surname, email address, country, city, telephone number, yacht details as well as any other personal data you may voluntarily include in communications via the “contact us” section or when you register in the personal area of the website. Please only provide information necessary to respond to your requests in such communications and to provide information by email. The processing of data for this purpose is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Joint Controllers to satisfy such requests or reply to such communications.If you do not wish to supply your data for this purpose, the Joint Controllers will be unable to meet your requirements.
  2. The personal data you provide may be used by the Joint Controllers in order to send promotional material, including newsletters and invitations to events relating to the Genoa Superyacht Hub, only in the event that you have previously given consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes by ticking the appropriate box in the “contact us” section or when you register in the personal area. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.Without your consent, the Joint Controllers will not be able to send you promotional material or invitations to events.

Amico & Co Srl may process your personal data, including electronic (e.g. logical access) or traffic data collected via your use of services displayed on the website, only where this is strictly necessary and proportionate to ensuring the security of its IT network, and to protect it against unforeseen events or illicit or malicious acts that compromise availability, authenticity, integrity and the confidentiality of personal data stored or transmitted. The Joint Controllers will retain:

  1. the personal data that you enter in the contact form in order to request information (purpose 2.A) for the time necessary to provide the requested information, unless you have given your consent to marketing;
  2. where you consent to processing of your personal data supplied through the “contact us” section or in the personal area of the website for marketing purposes (purpose 2.B), until you revoke your consent;

As data subject, you may exercise the rights described below as towards each of the Joint Controllers as to the processing described in points 2A and 2B and as towards Amico & Co. srl with regard to the processing in 2C.

At any time, free of charge and without any formalities for your request, you can, in the circumstances provided by the GDPR:

  • obtain confirmation of the processing carried out by the Joint Controllers;
