Coffee training and latte art
This training will make you achieve the best skills to extract and serve high quality espresso coffee and make decorations on other beverages. Program:
- How to choose coffee blends.
- How to preserve and the store coffee.
- How to choose the equipment: espresso machine, grinder and other stuff.
- How to fix, calibrate and clean the equipment.
- Creation of “coffee menu”.
- Set the work station.
- Learn how to use the espresso machine and grinder.
- How to steam the milk.
- How to create the most tipical italian traditional coffee beverages.
- How to solve tecnical problems.
- How to create some figures (like: heart, tulip, rose...).
For those who have all the professional equipment on board, we recommend taking the course directly on the yacht to optimize learning in your own working environment.

Wine Training for Yacht Crew
This course will provide you with expert knowledge to master wine storage and service on board. The course will be taught by Laura Griffiths SWS who is one of Europe’s most sought-after wine educators.
Throughout the day, participants will delve into essential topics, including wine storage and service, winemaking fundamentals, grape varietals and flavour profiles, as well as wine labels and vintages. The course will conclude with a specially curated wine tasting, providing an opportunity to further enhance your learning experience.

Beginners Wine
An immersive and interactive course for beginners designed to build crew confidence when it comes to working with wine in a professional environment. Intermediate wine
A deep-dive course designed to level up all aspects of your wine skill set.
You will taste and explore a selection of some of the key white and red wines of the world, with a focus on those classically found on board. Enhanced tasting skills, grape growing & winemaking, label comprehension these are just some of the areas you will master. This will be followed by an intermediate-advanced module on pairing.
